Attendance Reports

The Attendance Reports page is a very useful tool which provides many reports regarding Attendance.

• To access the Attendance Reports page, click on ‘Reports’ from the left-side menu
• Click on Attendance Reports from the sub-menu.
• The Attendance Report page opens listing all the available reports. 
• Click on the report title to access the report.
• Reports 1-11 are reports that require a date range (the default is from the 1st of the current month to the current day
• Reports 12-15 are daily reports that show statistics from the current day’s attendance information.

Note:  you will see a brief description of the report by holding the mouse over the report title (a ‘mouse-over’ will show).  

Report 1.  Teachers who have not taken Period Attendance

This report displays the names of teachers who have not recorded their attendance in SOIN for the date range given.

Report 2.  Days When Teachers have not taken Period Attendance

This report displays teachers’ names and which days they did not record attendance within the date range.

Report 3:  Students Signing In and Signing Out 

This report displays a list of students who have signed in late or signed out early during the given date range.

Report 4:  Student Sign In and Sign Out – Summary Report 

This report shows totals by grade of sign-ins and sign-outs of the given date range.

Report 5:  Attendance Statistics for Students, Grouped by Homeroom 

This report displays all attendance statistics for each student, listed by homeroom. 

• The date followed by an ‘A’ indicates an absence
• a date followed by an ‘L’ indicates a date when the student was late.  

Report 6:  Students Absent or Late – Student wise 

This report displays a list of student and their total absences and late arrivals in a given date range.

Report 7:  Students Absent or Late – Date wise 

This report displays a list of dates and the students, grouped by homeroom, who were absent and late on those dates.

Report 8.  Students With Consecutive Absences

This report will show students who have 3 or more consecutive absences within the given date range.

Report 8a. Students With Consecutive Absences Grouped by Homeroom 

This report displays students, grouped by homeroom, with consecutive absences within the date range.  

Report 9. Tardy List by Student 

Displays a list of students who were tardy within the given date range and the total amount of tardy arrivals.

Report 9a. Tardy List by Student, Grouped by Homeroom  

Displays a list of students by homeroom, who were tardy within the given date range and the total amount of tardy arrivals.

Report 9b. Daily Absent Report By Grade for a selected day and division

This report displays all the students who are absent on a given day and their total absences for the year and semester, as well as consecutive absences.

Report 9c. Sign Out List by Student  

This report displays all the students who signed out in a given date range and their total sign-outs for the year. 

Report 10.  Monthly Attendance

This report displays a grid of each student and their attendance status for each day.

Report 11.  Attendance Summary by Month for a Selected Division 

This report shows totals for each month of the school year:  Days In Session, Total Absences, Aggregate Attendance And Possible Aggregate Attendance.

Report 12.  Daily Absent Report By Grade

This will display a list of students grouped by homeroom who were absent or tardy on the present day and their consecutive and total attendance information

Report 13.  Daily Absent or Tardy Report – Status wise

This report will display a list of students, listed by status, who were absent or tardy on the current day and their consecutive and total attendance information

Report 14.  Daily Absent or Tardy Report – Student wise

This report will display a list of students, listed alphabetically, who were absent or tardy on the current day and their consecutive and total attendance information

Report 15. Daily Absent or Tardy Report – Class wise

This report will display a list of students, grouped by class, who were absent or tardy on the current day and their consecutive and total attendance information
